It's Game Time Inside! 

THE RUNDOWN

Big Easy Sportsplex Birthday Party Package is $299. Package includes an hour and forty-five minutes on the indoor  field  for 25 children ($11 per additional)  as well as four pitchers of soft drinks (filtered water is free) then $4 per refill. Big Easy Sportsplex will staff a games facilitator to run things on the field and  party host(ess) to assure everything runs smoothly off the field.  There is an additional $25 fee per celebrating birthday child.

You can bring in the food of your choice but all drinks are purchased through us. Table cloths are not provided, if you choose to bring some we suggest 6 for the party room. There are 4 picnic style tables, a cake and food table. 
(paper products are not included, cups for the drinks are)


In order to reserve your requested date and time, we do require a non refundable deposit of $150 (plus tax).

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds on deposits; deposits are only transferable if cancelled 14 days prior to your party; Less than 14 days prior to your party a $50 re-booking fee will be charged for reservation rescheduling. There is a  $75 rescheduling fee if you party is changed less than 48 hours of your party time. 

When you book a party with Big Easy Sportsplex you are essentially renting the space and time. Our Birthday Party Staff is excited to facilitate however many games and/or activities you would like to conduct during your party! We can do one long game or activities or break it up into multiple games, whatever YOU choose we are here to facilitate!

    Step #2 Food Order Form
    This step is only to be submitted after your deposit has been made.
     
    Food, Beverage, and Paper Products. This section focuses on all food, beverage and paper products. Please have your food order in the Monday before your party. 


    FOOD: We offer food provided exclusively through Sidelines Cafe. All pizzas are large (16"), and specifically cut into 12 slices (normally 8) to accommodate large numbers of children. You have the option to do the food buy out. You can bring in the food of your choice, except for Pizza.  ALL PIZZA AND DRINKS are still purchased through Big Easy Cafe. 

     BEVERAGES: Included in your Party Package are 4 pitchers of fountain drinks of your choosing (on day of party) and unlimited water. Upon your arrival on your scheduled party date, we will ask you what drinks you would like in your 4 pitchers, then we will keep a running tab at $4/pitcher (after your first four are finished) for the remainder of your party. We will only refill with your permission. Options are variety of Coke products, including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Barq's Red Cream Soda, Dr.Pepper, Barq's Root Beer, Minute Maid Lemonade and Hi-C Fruit Punch

    PAPER PRODUCTS: Paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils are included in your food order. When doing the food buy out you are responsible for your own, paper products and utensils. Cups are provided with the pitchers of drinks. 
    

    It will not allow you to select more that one food option. If you are wanting multiple please mark in the EXTRA section what you want. Thanks
    Activities and Sports:
    All of the games listed are included in your party package. On the day of the party, your party host and hostess with quickly greet you and your son/daughter and ask he/she what games they would like to play. We can handle almost every game or activity, this is just a list to help you think.

    Birthday Party Contract

    • Your party includes 25 children, $11 per additional participant.
    • The birthday child is not included in the 25 children.
    • Non-Prohibited Items: (Items Allowed)
    • Cake, Ice-Cream, Finger Sandwiches, Fruit/Vegetable Trays, Balloons, Decorations, and Tablecloths
    • Prohibited Items: (Items Not Allowed)
    • No outside food, unless you purchased the food buy out. 
    • No drinks or alcoholic beverages
    • No confetti, bubbles, sunflower seeds, pinatas, or ice chests
    • No food, drinks, gum or candy on the field.
    • A freezer is provided for storage of ice cream.
    • If a spacewalk is rented, everyone must wear socks at all times.
    • Shoes or socks are required at all times.
    • Please be prompt in exiting after the party, we have to stay on schedule.
    • Tips for the party host and hostess are not included, but greatly appreciated.
    • Any remaining balance is due the day of the event/party.
    • Final payments must be paid with cash or credit card, NO checks
    • All food extras ( bags of chips) must still be paid for if purchased regardless if you decide to cancel the party. If the items are bought you are responsible for paying for them.
